This winter go on an adventure unlike any other! Few people get outside this time of year and take advantage of how magical it is. Richard Leckenby and Jake Wentzel will show you a whole new world of fun and outdoor skills by building shelters, bow drill fires, tracking, cooking and exploring. You may even get to tap maple trees and make maple syrup from scratch! You will bond with your group, have time to chill and you’ll learn how easy it is to be warm, toasty and happy adventuring outside in the winter. No experience required. Food, camping and cold-weather gear is included.
This trip will convene at Headwaters Wilderness, Sherbrooke Lake - approx. 30 minute drive inland from Bridgewater on the South Shore, and approx. 1.5 hour drive from Halifax.
Ages 14-18.
