Donate a Boat

Consider donating your boat to the Nova Scotia Sea School and help us provide hundreds of youth with a life-changing sailing adventure! You save the expense of broker’s fees, mooring/storage costs, upkeep and gain a tax receipt for the appraised value and the Sea School gains funds to provide youth with sail-training experiences.

Here’s how it works:

We will;

• have your boat appraised by a 3rd party professional
• provide you with a tax receipt for the appraised amount
• walk you though the transfer of ownership agreement
• transport your boat to our location

Then we take care of the rest!

Boats in need of major repairs or refits might not be viable.
