The Nova Scotia Sea School offers a variety of custom programs to meet the learning goals of your group. We design programs for team building, staff training, group adventure, English as a second language (ESL) activities, youth development, physical activity, mental health, employability skills and fun for schools, businesses, youth camps and community centres. Whether your group needs a short workshop, a multi-day program or an 8-week multi-element adventure, we will put together an unforgettable experience!
Your group could: build a boat, shape surfboards, go on a one-day or multi-day sailing adventure, do a service project on a local farm, canoe or sea-kayak, do a team building challenge, go surfing, build a clay oven or clay structure, go on a hiking trip, do wilderness art, learn primitive survival skills or a combination of all of this!
Take your group on a 1-day adventure that they will never forget! Your group will meet your Captain and Assistant Instructor at our base in Lunenburg. You will be briefed on the safety features of our boat and then you will hop aboard to sail with the wind, row as a group, have a yummy lunch on the water, and learn a few things about the local landscape and history.
