Over a series of weekends and weekday evenings this January, shaper Brent Seamone led this course in shaping and glassing your very own custom designed surfboard. Course location was the Bloomfield Centre in north end Halifax.

Each year, a group of 10 girls from Alford Lake Camp in Maine comes to Nova Scotia and does a series of trips and programs with the Sea School, which in 2007 included 7 days of sea kayaking, 3 days of surfing lessons, 3 days of yurt building, 10 days of sea chest building, and 21 days sailing aboard the Dorothea.
