Session 2: Sport Psychology and Experiential Education with Olympic Sport Psychologist and Sea School Captain Colin GuthrieFrom Nova Scotia Sea School to Olympic/Paralympic sailing to the Volvo Ocean Race: perspectives from a sailing sport psychologist. Focusing on the surprising commonalities that are created when the ocean, boats and people come together, this evening session will incorporate theories of resonance, edgework and performance psychology.
