5-Day Professional Enrichment Sailing Expedition

This 5-day professional program consists of a coastal expedition in one of our 30' pulling boats, with on-shore discussions at our facility in Lunenburg at start and finish. We conduct the expedition much as we would one of our youth programs, using it as a laboratory for exploring how to work with teens, or any age group, and the sea, or any demanding environment, in the most powerful way possible.

The training will also include intensive practice in traditional seamanship, navigation, boat handling, wilderness living and expedition planning with a Sea School certification being awarded to all successful participants.

The training is open to all but limited to 9 professional participants, male and female. If you would like to participate, please contact us. Include a current resume. We will select 9 participants from diverse backgrounds with experience or aspirations in the fields of education, outdoor programming, personal development, community development, sustainable living or youth work.
