ANY MESSAGES SENT BEFORE 6AM on FRIDAY APRIL 1 WILL NOT BE COUNTED AND WILL HAVE TO BE RE-SENT AFTER THE REGISTRATION OPENING TIME - This is how we fairly track & time-stamp submissions for our first-come, first-served registration system

HOW TO REGISTER YOUTH FOR COURSES
Registration is first-come first-served from APRIL 1, 2022 at 6:00am Atlantic Standard Time! WHAT TO EXPECT - THE REGISTRATION PROCESS UNFOLDS AS FOLLOWS:
You initiate registration with us by sending us an 'Intent to Register' email after 6am on Friday April 1 to email@example.com or phone message (902.423.7284) . Email is preferred! This "Intent" message process is how to determine & time-stamp requests in order. *SEE DETAILS BELOW; PLEASE INCLUDE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED alongside any additional requests, special information, or questions! If you have questions, it's always safest to get your "foot" (request) in the door as well; courses fill up quickly and questions can be answered after-the-fact. If you are registering more than one sibling within your household, requests may be made together with complete information for each applicant. However, friends of participants must submit their own separate requests from their own households; it cannot be guaranteed that friends will participate together due to very high demand, however, we will not actively work against friends participating together.
"Intent to Register" requests will be processed in the order they are received; it may take us up to 24hrs to get back to you - I will try my very best to at least send an acknowledgement of receipt as soon as I can, and will follow up with an online registration link after that point. If you do not hear back right away; please have patience.
Once it is determined that there is a place for your applicant on trip (or if you will be placed on a waiting list), we will follow up with further information about registering online and getting an interview set up.
If you are waitlisted for a program (you will receive an email from myself saying so), it is always worth staying on the waiting list as it requires no real commitment from families, and we can stay in touch ASAP if a place on trip comes up.
Full acceptance into programming is still pending after request: full confirmation is contingent on completion of an intake interview (via zoom or phone: mainly for new applicants), reasonably prompt paperwork completion, and any follow-up which must take place esp. surrounding medical needs. If you would like to access bursary support to participate in programming; please do not hesitate to ask and we can explore what options might work for you! Your place is held & safe while these registration items are in process; we will not give your place away without notice.
THE 'INTENT TO REGISTER' EMAIL/PHONE MESSAGE MUST INCLUDE:
Youth registrant's first & last name
Youth registrant's age & pronouns
Course Name AND dates you are interested in registering for
Parent/Guardian name(s) and contact information
***Once more: Registration Requests are time-stamped and addressed in the order they are received; this sometimes takes a little bit of time, but it is likely that you will hear from us to confirm we got your request within 1 business day. You may email your requests, or any questions to Erin Robison - Communications & Admin Coordinator firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a phone message at 1(902)423-7284 *email is preferred SUMMER 2022 SEA SCHOOL EXPEDITION DATES - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - NOTES ABOUT SUMMER DATES:
