Tuesday Drop-In
From July 7- August 25th, 2026, join the Nova Scotia Sea School at the new Boat School building, at the Maritime Museum of the Atlantic in downtown Halifax, for our Drop-In program from 4-6PM.
We will be spending the programs building community, belonging and fun while learning about and engaging with our oceans and coasts.
Youth ages 12-18 are welcome. An advance registration is required before attending your first Tuesday program. You can access the link to sign-up here: Tuesday Drop-In Program Registration

Tuesday, July 28th
4-6PM
Back to the Sea Centre is visiting to present about intertidal species and lead an oyster shell painting session! We will also learn about volunteer options and youth receive a coupon to visit the Centre in Dartmouth.
Tuesday, August 4th
1PM-5PM
SPECIAL HOURS!
Join X Oceans from 1PM-2:30PM to learn about sharks, water testing, AI, and eDNA. Please register if you plan to attend this special session of Drop In. Register here.
We will have a snack and break from 2:30-3PM.
Those who choose to stay after xOceans will have the option for rowing/sailing (if the weather and conditions allow) or to participate in Sea School art.
