CAREERS
The Sea School is growing and we are always looking for the
right people to join our team!
We are looking for people with the right combination of skills, temperament, and safety thinking. You must have sound judgment, the ability to handle complex and highly responsible situations, a genuine appreciation for colleagues and participants and an understanding of our community development approach to experiential education.
Our policy is to hire applicants that we have been on a program/expedition with so that we can evaluate your abilities and certify you according to our internal Instructor Standards. If you are interested in working with the Sea School contact us early in the season and participate in one of our adult programs such as our Professional Enrichment, Day Sails, or Staff Training Sails.
There are occasional opportunities for boat-building instructors and other experiential education facilitators.
